Newscentre, a division of Australian Associated Press (AAP), offers specialised media workshops to enhance your overall media communications strategy.

With more than 70 years’ editorial experience in the Australian media space, AAP can offer practical training and hands-on experience relevant to your organisation.

Workshop topics include:

• How to write a successful media release.
• How to run a successful press conference.
• Effective crisis management.
• Media mentoring.
• Interview skills.

Our workshops are delivered by AAP journalists, PR professionals and media advisers who are currently working or have worked in the media industry.

Workshops are run bi-monthly on a rotating basis and are held in AAP’s editorial bureaus in New South Wales, Victoria and the ACT.
